Napakaganda ng ngisi ngayong ng mga mambabatas na nagpasa ng batas na nagbuwag sa Oil Price Stabilization Fund... Bakit kamo? Sa laki ng diprensiya ng presyo ng gasolina eh they could argue that the Oil Deregulation Law is "working"!!!... Acheche... Double Ngek! at wpp...

Balak ko sana pumunta sa Metro Bacolod nung Friday night kaso hindi ko kayang ipagpalit yung Royal Wedding... Pagdating ko eh sabi ng guard na kaaalis lang raw ng mga remnants... Ngek!... Duon tuloy ako napunta sa Pagcor Slot machine... Inserted 1K sa king of sports slot machine... bihira ang tama... una tigpipiso lang spin ko.. eh ayaw tumama... ginawa ko tig 5 petot... sometimes tumatama, kadalasan hindi... tried 25 petot per spin... ayaw pa rin... Nung down to 400 credits na lang ako eh nag max bet na ako... 30 petot per spin... Sabi ko eh talo na ito... uubusin ko na lang yung pera... down to 150 credits... eh biglang tumigil ang laro... Sabi ko sa sarili ko: "ano ba yan, uubusin ko na lang nga yung pera eh nagka-aberya pa yung machine...".... Little did I know na jackpot portion na pala yung ibig sabihin ng temporary suspension ng game... Biglang may lumabas na karera ng kabayo.... Anim raw sa mga kabayo eh akin... #2, #4, at apat pang iba... In the end eh nanalo ang number 4... I won the "mini" jackpot of 2k++.... Biglang naging Php2,952 yung credits ko... siyampre tumigil na ako sa laro... Panalo na eh baka matalo pa... Ship it Php2,952....

Nung linggo naman eh pumunta ako sa Metro... Saw familiar faces like Tofie, Dueces, and a good poker player in the person of Mr. Ian "The Paymaster" Brion.... Nagpapasweldo po si nutcracker nung linggo.... Yung isang tao 12K ang sinuweldo ... one peso for every point... Ibig sabihin 12k points yun..... napansin siguro ng Management na ginagawa nang opisina ang Metro... Kaya ayun... Binawasan ng 75% yung points.... kaya yung dating consolation prize of 100 points eh 25 points na lang ngayon.... Iiwan ko na sa ibang PM members yung komentaryo tungkol dito at hindi naman ako nag sng... uzi lang.... Triple Ngek! at world peace po...

i haven't seen him in over a decade. I was told that he's the second brion to place in the top 10 in the bar exam. in two years, itaga mo sir, another brion will top the bar.

pero boss 11F still owes me a story.... dapat nung bday ni gamefrog mag kwentuhan kami abt it... pero nung nagkayayaan na sa lamesa... di na maka tiis si bossing... ngek...wpp...

im glad april is finally over.... you wont believe how unlucky i was sa poker this april... puro bad beat inabot ko.... mga fullhouse ko nadadale ng quads... nut flush dale ng full house... pair on the river.... and other asstd kamalasan....

im down 15k in 5 poker live sessions.... but on the bright side... im up almost 50k sa rw.... hehehe.... i dont mind the color of the cat... as long as it catches mice.... ngek...wpp...

12 days to go till my 10k run... my training sessions have been great... i ran 6k last nite sa gym.... 45 mins.... pag gcing ko this morning... wlang masakit... that means i can go a little further sa next session...

im off to metro later... will play the metro 500 tourny... im feeling lucky... hope i go deep later...

@polnso: Makikilala mo rin si McGrath my friend... After one (1) year of playing poker eh isang katotohanan ang napatunayan ko... we have a very small poker community sa pinas... Sila sila rin kasi nakikita kong mukha sa tourneys...Kahit sa Metro eh makikilala mo ra rin kung sino magkakaibigan and who is giving proteksiyon to whom... Ngek! at wpp...

i didnt do well sa metro tourny last nite...

7pm to 830pm... wla akong nilaro ni isang hand.... i finally got a hand nung na break na yung table namin... change table... level 6 na ata yun....

i rasied 3xbb yung pocket 9 ko... but was called by bigstack with qj....

flop q.... tapos na ang tourny nite ko....

pero mas masaklap yung nangyari sa kaibigan nating si jessen.... who btw is back after 2months off poker... panay ligaw kasi...

AA sya.... big stack... nag 5way all in... na bad beat ng str8...

yari....

sa cash game naman.... medyo maalat din ako kagabi... 2x ako nag buyin ng 500 sa table... natalo lang ako kasi mahina ang fullhouse ko... thats right partner... fullhouse over fullhouse... same table .... 2x that nite.... di naman ako na tilt... natatawa pa nga ako... alam ko bakit ako minamalas... kasi kitang kita from my seat si girl tikoy... hahaha....

next table naman... card dead pa rin... but i managed to get even when my AA got trippled up...

huling huli sila... i was the button... nagulat ako sa mga raise nila... and i was very happy to oblige with all in.... hahaha....

my game has improved a lot... more patient and mas madiskarte na... and i am now a good folder.... di na sobrang tapang katulad ng mga elite forces na nag raid sa hiding place ni osama.... thanks to my new poker coach... itago na lang natin sya sa pangalan na Coach Freddie... in honor of Freddie Roach, who molded MP into the great fighter he is now....

@polnso: Padre, narinig ko na rin yung kasabihan na "poker is all about folding" pero hindi ko pa narinig yung "poker is all about playing premium hands"... Ngek!...
