Just want to post the majority statements of the mixed game SNG players, sana daw puro PLO na lang. wala na Hold'em. Its funny how everyone waits for the PLO levels.

Another interesting hand I played last night in PLO SNG.

blinds 300-600

Two players limped. I was on the button and looked down at Ac Kc Qs 10d.

I pot-raised to 2700. both limpers called.

Flop: 4c 4d Js

We all checked

Turn: Qh

We all checked

River: 10s

So the complete board read 4c 4d Js Qh 10s giving me the nut straight.

The first limper bets the pot. What shall I do?

this a fold most times

Were both limpers MP or blinds?

What's your stack size? Stack size of bettor?

What was the action of the second limper?

Any reads on the bettor?

the two limpers were in HJ and CO

effective stack size is around 9k

the CO folded

the HJ is playing Omaha for the first time, treating it like NLHE, raising with 88xx, re-raising with AJxx and calling everything

Thats an easy fold but then again when i played also there at the metro, people we're putting there money in with the worst hands.  I had to fold the lower straight on the board with redraw for a boat cause two guys we're going crazy on the turn.  Turns out i had the best hand.  But still that's an easy fold in that spot.

Check this hand i played on stars a couple days ago where i flopped 2nd nuts and folded on the flop without putting money in.  In omaha you gotta have a nut type hand or monster redraws to continue if there is a ton of action in front of you.  I see players putting all there money in with bottom set and low straights in metro which is always never good with a ton of action in front of you :

this is basically an all in situation if you call then.

if your read is solid, and he has not changed tactics, i'm leaning towards a call.

Will rule out QQ, JJ, and 1010.  He probably has two pairs that does not inculde the 4. The worst hand for you that he could have is a
4 with a paired Q, J, or 10. Although, he would have bet his trips on the flop or turn.

In this situation, I'll call. Against better players, fold.

Had a PLO cash game at about 12 midnite. Very hard to start a game since no announcements are made that PLO is available at the Metro. Game started 6 handed, yours truly, Peter Buddha, Mushi (reg PLO cash game player), Ed Marcelo, Jigger and Benjo Buquiran (dont know if I spelled that correctly). After 2 hands, a 25/50 table broke and a father / son duo from the US joined us. Father came in with like 4k or 5k stack , the son about 3k stack. Other players wanted to join but we settled on 8 max even though floor said 9 max. They've been playing PLO for a while and son even commented "if I knew there was a PLO game I would have not played Hold'em, its too  boring"  And yes we were not bored at the table, he raised pots and made pots big by min raising pre. Lots of action and many huge pots. Benjo was big winner, scooped two big pots. He had quad jacks in one hand and nut straight on the river with another. Eventually we had 3 more players who played, Dennis HP, Anton Diva and some other lady. I left around 4am, dont know if they still continued.
I think if they would only announce a PLO game is available once in a while, maybe the PLO cash game can be started earlier. Its +ev for Metro since the rake collected in PLO is bigger than Hold'em and the dealers learn and practice PLo para pag nagdeal sila sa VIP, ready sila. Just my opinion  ;)
