I have shared this before.  There is no reason you can not have your own credit card if you have 10,000 cash or maybe lesser.  Visit your favorite BPI bank, apply for this express credit card.  Just present valid IDs and no employment nor ITR requirements. Your deposit of 10k guarantees an 8k pesos credit limit.
Yes the credit card when issued within 2 weeks does accept PokerStars deposit. Use bonus code stars600 or reload with code 100k, minimum 10$.  This qualifies you to join all 4 daily freerolls with us$1k overlay. Unlimited rebuys for 30 cents 1500 chips first 60mins, one add on 30 cents gives 2000 chips, last 2 freerolls on March 1.
The Current exchange rate for US$ Pesos is around 42.7, any seller sourcing p$ out of credit card has to sell it higher around 1 peso more to make it worthwhile.
On other hand seller from real winnings must sell lower as the transfer P$ generally must be used by buyer himself to play and not be re transferred, but Ian claims sitting it for 1 month can do the trick.  Only direct deposits qualify for PSTARS promos.  Winnings withdrawal can be done  via the same credit card, but I have never done it yet being a recreational player only.

Just a clarification:

You cannot withdraw to your CREDIT CARD even if you used it to deposit. ONLY CFT-ENABLED VISA cards have this function, and no local bank carries this function in their Visa cards.

Right, the fine print also says "Due to changes in MasterCard's policy, we can no longer credit cashouts back to MasterCards."  In any case why would any one deposit into credit card account other then to pay outstanding bill.  Cash advances from credit card already charges 500 pesos fee each transaction, plus high interest on the amount withdrawn.   Direct bank transfer is better, i remember a buddy was able to purchase large amount of P$ from one of Team Asia PokerStars Pro into my account.  Weeks later he decided to cash out instead of playing online, I was able to have it sent to my BDO account converted to pesos within a week.

i applied for smart money master card. .. my plan is to use it to fund my entropay account..
and use my entropay account to fund my poker account...,
will it work...?

I used smart money master debit card but it is now handled by BDO which did not worked the last time I read a post by another PMer.  The processing still takes a week or more.  Any valid card can be used with  I suppose but for 5% more, negative EV.

Entropay will accept debit cards as funding sources. Your plan should work. But again, be aware of the 4.95% fee for the minimum $20 deposit into Entropay from your cards.
