paano nagco-commute papuntang Resorts, preferably mula sa kahit anong MRT station? meron bang mga shuttle/jeep/bus na dumadaan doon? or kung sasakay ng taxi, saang MRT station dapat bumaba?

if you are close by eastwood. go there. there is a free shuttle that would take you around 12, 2, 4, 6, 8 pm.

This is the way I've gone to RWM countless times na and I think it is the easiest commute if you don't want to take a cab.

Basically below the north bound lane of MRT Taft station there is a terminal of buses there (BSC, Genesis, Golden Dragon, etc.). The RWM-NAIA loop shuttles are the white multi-cab van types (usually may identification on the sides like HM-03 or something, you can't miss it). 20Php and they easily get filled up (usually nga standing nalang). This will pass by NAIA 3 first before heading to RWM so travel time is around 10-20 minutes from MRT Taft.

driver is alone no conductor to check membership and you are allowed to go and apply new. departing rwm  is more  stringent.  you must have time and patience spare for free shuttle.
