what is the best/easiest way to deposit onto sites from PI? i know neteller doesnt work, any banks that are the best to use? anyone use moneybookers?

Moneybookers doesn't work if you set up your account here.

Some credit cards should work and you might be able to send a bank wire. You can buy directly from other players.

Internet depends on your location. If you are in range you can use wireless broadband (prepaid or postpaid) as backup.

dont know why he cant log in ipoker is the only site you cant play in the philippines

neteller is now allowed here just lately this year only iirc

moneybookers is not allowed at any gambling/poker site but can use in any other things

this might have a lot to do with the IP address. Since May 27th I've been having problems myself logging in to pokerstars. After some investigation it appeared that my ISP (Kalibo Cable) upgraded their system and got additional bandwidth from Bayantel as well as some new IP addresses. Some of these IP addresses are flagged as "US Military" . Since black friday, pokerstars strictly implemented exclusion of american players and any access from the US. and hence access to real money games and tournaments.

I've been able to work around this by resetting my router and refreshing http://whatismyipaddress.com to see if I'm still getting flagged. When I get a Philippine IP address, I can play again at pokerstars.
